# Return & Refund Policy

The Digital Cart sells digital products only: phone lock screens and wallpaper packs, 4K desktop wallpapers, and Canva/social/email templates. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to return.

## Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded

Digital files can't be "returned" after they've been downloaded. For that reason, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded, except in the situations below.

## When we'll fix it, replace it, or refund you

Contact us and we'll make it right if:

- **The file is broken or corrupted.** It won't open, download, or display properly.

- **The product is not as described.** What you received is materially different from the product listing.

- **You never received your download.** Your order went through, but you didn't get your download link.

- **You were charged twice.** You accidentally bought the same product more than once.

We'll usually try to fix the problem first by sending a working or correct file. If we can't fix it, or if it's a duplicate purchase or a download that never arrived, we'll refund you.

## How to request help

Email **hello@getlockscreens.com** within **14 days of your purchase** with:

1. Your order number

2. The product name

3. A short description of the problem (a screenshot helps)

We usually reply within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (Shopify Payments or PayPal), in Canadian dollars (CAD). How long the refund takes to show up depends on your bank or PayPal.

## What isn't covered

We can't refund you for changing your mind, buying the wrong item, a design that doesn't suit your taste, or a product that doesn't fit your device when the listing stated the sizes or compatibility.

## Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including Ontario's _Consumer Protection Act, 2002_ and other Canadian laws. If the law gives you more rights than this policy does, the law applies.
