# Terms of Service

## 1. About us
The website getlockscreens.com (the "Store") is operated by Jay, a sole proprietor operating as **The Digital Cart**, based in Ontario, Canada ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Store.
## 2. Our products
We sell digital downloads only: phone lock screens and wallpaper packs, 4K desktop wallpapers, and Canva/social/email templates. Nothing physical is shipped. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and device settings.
## 3. Age-restricted products
Some products contain adult humour and are marked 19+. By buying or downloading one of these products, you confirm that you are at least 19 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live if that is higher.
## 4. License: what you can do with your purchase
When you buy a product, you get a **limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license** to use it as follows:
- **Phone and desktop wallpapers:** for personal use on your own devices only.
- **Templates:** as described in that product's listing. If the listing doesn't say otherwise, templates are for your personal use, or for your own business's or brand's content, and not for resale.
## 5. What you can't do
Unless we give you written permission, you may not:
- Resell, sublicense, share, give away, or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, whether original or edited (this includes uploading them to file-sharing sites, wallpaper apps, marketplaces, or shared drives).
- Claim the designs as your own or remove any credit or watermark.
- Use the designs in products for sale, such as print-on-demand items, stickers, or phone cases.
- Use the designs in any trademark or logo.
## 6. Intellectual property
All products, designs, images, text, and other Store content belong to The Digital Cart or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase gives you a license to use the products. It does not transfer ownership of them. If you break these Terms, your license ends automatically.
## 7. Orders, accounts, and payment
- Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We accept payment through Shopify Payments and PayPal. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
- You agree to provide accurate information at checkout, including a valid email address so we can deliver your files.
- If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
- We may refuse or cancel any order, for example when we suspect fraud or an error. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you.
## 8. Pricing and errors
We try to keep all product information and prices accurate, but mistakes can happen. If a product is listed at the wrong price or with the wrong information, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you before going ahead with the order. We may change prices and products at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been completed.

## 10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Products are provided "as is". We don't guarantee that every product will suit every device, screen size, or software version. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Digital Cart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that can't be waived.
## 11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Ontario, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
## 12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post them on this page and apply to purchases made after that. The terms in effect when you placed an order apply to that order.
