# Shipping Policy

## No physical shipping

The Digital Cart sells **digital products only**. Nothing is mailed or shipped, and there are no shipping fees.

## Instant digital delivery

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll get access to your files in two ways:

1. **On the order confirmation page.** Download links appear right after checkout.

2. **By email.** We send a confirmation email with your download links to the email address you entered at checkout.

Delivery is usually instant. Occasionally, the email may take a few minutes to arrive.

## Didn't get your email?

1. Check your **spam, junk, or promotions** folders.

2. Make sure the email address you entered at checkout was correct.

3. Still nothing? Email **hello@getlockscreens.com** with your order number (or the name and email used at checkout) and we'll resend your links. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.

## Downloading your files

- Download your files soon after purchase and save a backup copy. Download links may have a limited number of uses or may expire after a period of time.

- If a link has expired or stopped working, email us with your order number and we'll help.

- Some products come as ZIP files. You may need to unzip them before you use them. On a phone, it's often easier to download and unzip on a computer first.

- For template products, the download may give you a link to open the template in Canva. You'll need your own Canva account (a free one works unless the listing says otherwise).
